Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Fornelli purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Email support@fornelli.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
