  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Shipping Costs

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility.

If your shipment appears delayed, please first review the tracking information.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing should also be reported to the carrier and local authorities before contacting us.


Damaged Shipments

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.


Multiple Shipments
